TERMS OF SALE

Pre-launch commercial terms for ElJeffe_813 digital FiveM resources.

Commerce is not yet active. These terms are being published before sales begin so customers can review the intended license and purchase conditions in advance.

Digital License

Purchases provide the customer with the advertised right to use the purchased resource subject to the product license, platform entitlement rules, and any stated activation or server limitations. Ownership of underlying source code, trademarks, and intellectual property is not transferred.

No Unauthorized Redistribution

Customers may not resell, leak, publish, share, sublicense, or distribute purchased resources except through a separately authorized reseller agreement.

Configuration and Support

Editable configuration and integration files may be modified for the customer's own authorized server. Protected core components may not be bypassed, redistributed, or used to defeat entitlement controls.

Commerce Provider

FiveM purchases will use the approved commerce provider for checkout and payment processing once commerce is activated. Provider rules and applicable law govern transactions where they supersede these store terms.
