DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Published before commerce activation so customers can review the intended policy before purchasing.

Digital products are intended to be final sale once delivered or accessed, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

Before Purchasing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, advertised features, compatibility requirements, dependencies and installation information before completing a purchase.

Generally Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not intended for change of mind, misunderstanding clearly advertised functionality, failure to review requirements, inability to follow installation documentation, or incompatibility caused by undisclosed server modifications or third-party resources.

Exceptions

This policy does not remove rights required by applicable law or the commerce/payment provider. Non-delivery, duplicate purchases, or a material defect that cannot reasonably be corrected may be handled as appropriate.

Refund Consequences

If an order is later refunded, reversed, or successfully charged back, the store entitlement is revoked. For paid FiveM/Cfx assets, platform-side access is revoked through the applicable Tebex/Cfx refund process where supported; disputed transactions may be suspended or reviewed until their final outcome is known.
