How ElJeffe_813 handles storefront, support, security and purchase-related information.

Pre-launch status: public payment checkout is not active. Website support intake, security logging and limited operational analytics may already process information submitted by visitors.

Information We Use

The storefront may process information you submit to support, account or platform identifiers, order references, product entitlements, support history, IP/security data, and technical request logs needed to operate, secure and support the service.

Payments and Delivery

Payment-card information is not stored by ElJeffe_813. When commerce is enabled, checkout and transaction processing are handled through Tebex and related payment providers. FiveM/Cfx platform identifiers and entitlement information may be used where required for protected-asset delivery and entitlement reconciliation.

Hosting, Security and Analytics

Cloudflare provides hosting, access protection, traffic security and limited web analytics for the storefront. API credentials, commerce secrets and entitlement keys are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in browser code.

Support and Retention

Support submissions and related operational records may be retained as reasonably needed to resolve requests, prevent abuse, maintain entitlement history, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect the service.

Customer Requests

Customers may contact support regarding their account or support information, subject to applicable retention, fraud-prevention, tax, payment-provider and legal obligations.
